Terms and conditions
The site bloomrituals.ro is operated by SC Îndrea Sofia SRL, company number 38412190, with its place of business at 74 Mărășești Street, Bucharest. By using the site or booking a session, you accept the conditions below. This is a translation provided for convenience; the Romanian text is the binding one.
Who may use the services
Our services are for people aged 18 and over, and only for them. On arrival at the salon we may ask for identification to verify your age.
We reserve the right to refuse or to end a session if a guest is under the influence of alcohol or of prohibited substances, behaves aggressively, or does not respect the limits set by the member of our team.
The nature of the services
Bloom Rituals offers massage and relaxation services for adults, given by trained staff. Each service is described on its own page, with its length and its price.
The services do not include and do not imply sexual intercourse. Any request of that kind ends the session immediately, with no refund of what has been paid.
Bookings and prices
Prices are shown in Romanian lei and include VAT where it applies. The price that stands is the one displayed at the moment you book.
A booking becomes firm once we confirm it, by WhatsApp or by phone. Until then the slot is provisional.
For some services we may ask for a deposit. The conditions for returning it are set out in the cancellation policy.
Conduct in the salon
Photography and audio or video recording are not permitted on the premises, for the protection of everyone present.
Please tell us when you book about any medical condition, allergy or treatment that could affect the session.
Limitation of liability
Our services are for relaxation and are not a substitute for medical care. We accept no liability for consequences arising from medical information that was not disclosed at the time of booking.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on the site at the time of your booking.
Disputes are settled amicably where possible; failing agreement, they fall to the courts of Bucharest. Consumers may also turn to ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority, and to the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
